The term Singularity in astronomy is defined as the point in space where some properties of the said point in space is infinite.

SINGULARITY POINT is a band that defines Singularity in music as a moment where oneself loses his ego leaves behind his ambitions and fears and brings a space where creation can exist.
Through their compositions Singularity point are diving into this space of creation and bringing intuitively to the surface new melodies which shape their tunes.
With their tunes they express ideas, hopes and situations that want to share with their audience with the urge to bring awareness for specific topics but in the same time they letting them also create their own meaning behind each story that a musical composition can bring.
Singularity point is a jazz oriented quintet .Five young musicians who met at HKU conservatory of Utrecht created this project in order to share their musical experiences , backgrounds and different cultures aiming that all this diversity will create something fresh.
The band’s repertoire are tunes composed by Tania but Singularity Point is working collectively to shape the tunes in a search of personal sound and identity.
Singularity Point is dedicated to intuitive musical creations where different styles meet without labeling the outcome.
